Community Opportunity to Help Seniors this Holiday Season

The South Pasadena Senior Citizens Commission invites the community to help bring cheer to senior citizens living alone during the holiday season.

Community members are being encouraged to bring some holiday cheer to senior citizens living alone during the holiday season.

The City of South Pasadena along with the Community Services Department and Senior Citizens’ Commission are asking residents to bring small gifts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to the Senior Center, 1102 Oxley Street, in South Pasadena.

Presents, including gift certificates and factory packaged wrapped cookies are desired. Gift certificates of $10 to $25 for Trader Joe’s, Pavilions, Vons, 99 Cent Store, Rite Aid and Target are encouraged.
