The Planning Commission invites residents to a public meeting on June 16 to provide input on potential changes to height, density, and development standards.

Community Meeting Set for June 16 to Discuss Implementation of Measure SP

The City of South Pasadena is encouraging community members to participate in a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers. The meeting will focus on proposals for new building height limits, density regulations, and development standards as part of the implementation of Measure SP.

 

The Planning Commission and City staff will be present to discuss the proposals and answer questions. Community input will play a crucial role in shaping the final recommendations.

Second Meeting Scheduled for June 24

Following the June 16 meeting, the Planning Commission will review community feedback and may vote on formal recommendations during a special meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., also in the City Council Chambers.

Residents are encouraged to attend both meetings to stay informed and make their voices heard.
