A Fusion of Music, Dance, and Circus Arts
Los Angeles is set to host the world premiere of Adanza, an innovative musical that blends aerial artistry, dance, storytelling, and circus performances. Adanza will take center stage at the newly restored Eastwood Performing Arts Center for a limited eight-show run from March 28 to April 5, 2025.
A New Take on Musical Theater
Produced by B Faire Music and Production, Adanza redefines the traditional musical with a high-energy spectacle featuring juggling, unicycles, breakdancing, aerial performances, drumming, audience participation, and even bubbles. Written and directed by Brooke Ferri and Jilbér Ferri, the show takes audiences on a journey of self-discovery, following a hero who explores the world and learns it’s never too late to become who you were meant to be.
The Creative Minds Behind Adanza
The visionary duo behind Adanza, Jilbér Ferri and Brooke Ferri, bring years of experience in music, theater, and entertainment. Jilbér, a trilingual performer, has showcased his talents in musical theater, dance, and bubble performances, including a residency at the El Capitan Theater for Finding Dory. Brooke, a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and Southwestern Law School, has worked in film, TV, and music publishing while also serving as a songwriter and entertainment attorney.
A Unique Musical Score
The soundtrack of Adanza, composed by Brooke and Jilbér Ferri, offers a diverse mix of musical styles. Unlike traditional musicals that feel like an album, Adanza functions as a dynamic playlist, with each song delivering a fresh yet cohesive experience.
