A South Pasadena Woman of Distinction

In celebration of Women’s History in March 2018, Assembly member Chris Holden will be honoring outstanding women whose service and work have made a positive impact

Assemblymember Chris Holden is seeking nominations for his 41st District’s 2018 Women of Distinction.

The district’s Woman of the Year will be invited to the State Capitol to be introduced on the Assembly Floor and be given a special resolution honoring her contributions to the community and the state.

The Women of Distinction, and Woman of the Year, will be recognized at Holden’s Annual Spring Open House (date to be announced). Only one nomination form is needed.
Submit your nomination online below or print and mail here. DEADLINE FEBRUARY 16, 2018.

• Open to all women who live or work in the 41st Assembly District: La Verne, Monrovia, South Pasadena, Upland, Claremont, Pasadena, Altadena, Rancho Cucamonga, Sierra Madre, or San Dimas.

• The selection committee will select one woman to be honored from each city listed and among those selected; one woman will be selected as the 41st Assembly District Woman of the Year where she will be honored at a special ceremony in March 2018 at the State Capitol.
