Members of the Rotary Club of South Pasadena heard a program from Laura Wending of the Cancer Support Community Pasadena at its regular meeting on July 31.

Wending, a cancer survivor, explained the many services offered by this 501 C3 non-profit organization operating out of Pasadena.

The CSCP is one of three Cancer Support Community organizations in Southern California and covers patients from the San Fernando Valley to the Inland Empire.  They offer educational opportunities, healthy lifestyle classes, and special programs to cancer patients, survivors, and family members.
