On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, the South Pasadena Unified School District Board of Education will convene to shape the financial and operational future of our local schools. The open session begins at 6:30 p.m. at the District Office boardroom, located at 1100 El Centro Street in South Pasadena.
Funding the Students’ Future
At the core of Tuesday’s agenda is the formal adoption of the 2026-2027 District Budget. Assistant Superintendent of Business Services Dave Lubs will present the financial roadmap for the upcoming year. This budget dictates everything from campus maintenance to vital classroom resources.

Meanwhile, our South Pasadena High School athletes are gearing up for another competitive season. The board is set to approve an overnight training camp in Big Bear for 30 varsity cross country runners.
