Local youth ages 11 to 17 are invited to the South Pasadena Library Community Room on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, for a free presentation exploring careers in animal welfare hosted by Pasadena Humane.
The “Careers with Compassion” program runs from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. It is designed to connect young learners with the world of animals through kindness, empathy, and hands-on education.
Attendees will get an inside look at what it takes to work in the veterinary field and other animal care professions.
