The City of South Pasadena and the South Pasadena Unified School District (SPUSD) Ad Hoc Committee will hold a regular, in-person meeting today, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The gathering will take place at the Amedee O. “Dick” Richards Jr. Council Chambers, located at 1424 Mission Street, to discuss critical community and school infrastructure updates.

The meeting will bring together key city and school district leaders to collaborate on community initiatives. Participating representatives include Mayor Sheila Rossi, Councilmember Janet Braun, City Manager Todd Hileman, SPUSD Board President Michele Kipke, SPUSD Board Member Karen Tamis, and Superintendent Angela Baxter, Ed.D..

Agenda Highlights

The committee has a busy agenda focused on development, safety, and improving city infrastructure. Attendees will hear important updates directly from several city departments, including Public Works and the Fire Department.
