ROBBERY
10-29-25, 6:15 PM, 300 block of Monterey (Foremost Liquor). Suspect enters store and
takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. Victim (employee) follows suspect
and suspect hits victim several times and drives away. Officers later locate suspect at
suspect’s residence. LOSS: Alcohol. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Black, Honda Accord.
SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 23 years, Los Angeles.
THEFT
• 10-19-25, 6 PM to 10-20-25, 10 AM, 1800 block of Bushnell. ’23, Audi Q5.
Suspect(s) enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Sunglasses.
• 10-21-25, 3:13 AM, 600 block of Camino Cerrado. Suspect takes loss from victim’s
front porch. LOSS: Parcel package. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic,
5’7”, 160 lbs., black hair tied, wearing a black shirt, black pants, and carrying a
black backpack and a blue duffle bag.
• 10-28-25, 10:29 AM, 1700 block of Garfield (Ralphs). Suspect enters store and
takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. Officers locate suspect who is
also found to be in possession of a controlled substance. LOSS: Alcohol and soft
drinks (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 33 years, Los
Angeles.
• 10-29-25, 8:42 AM, 1700 block of Garfield (Ralphs). Suspect enters store and
takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Alcohol. SUSPECT
DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 30 years, wearing a black hooded jacket and dark
colored pants.
• 11-3-25,10 AM, 1700 block of Garfield (Ralphs). Suspect enters store and takes
loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Alcohol (recovered).
SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 43 years, Los Angeles.
IDENTITY THEFT/FRAUD
• 10-15-25 to 10-27-25. Suspect(s) uses victim’s personal information to open a cell
phone account.
• July 2025 to 10-28-25. Suspect(s) gains access to victim’s credit card account
and makes an unauthorized purchase.
• 10-22-25. Suspect calls victim and claims to be a police detective from Hong Kong
and that the victim is being investigated for money laundering in China. Suspect
tells victim to transfer money to an account that suspect provided to avoid arrest
and victim complies.
ASSAULTS
10-30-25, 3:30 PM, 800 block of Prospect. Victim and suspect are roommates and
suspect hits victim. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, White, 75 years, South Pasadena.
POSSESS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
10-31-25, 10:11 AM, Raymond Hill/Mockingbird Lane. Officers respond to a suspicious
person looking into vehicles and properties. Officers locate suspect who is found to be in
possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED:
Male, Black, 50 years, South Pasadena.
FELON IN POSSESSION OF FIREARM
11-1-25, 11:16 PM, Fair Oaks/Columbia. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and
officers observe a firearm inside vehicle. Suspect is found to be a convicted felon and
also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 54 years, Los Angeles.
VANDALISM
10-26-25, 5 PM to 6:30 PM, 1000 block of Meridian. Suspect(s) throws a brick and
smashes front glass door window of victim’s residence.
DUI
• 10-18-25, 1:56 AM, Pasadena/Monterey. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation
and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED:
Male, Black, 31 years, Fontana.
• 10-27-25, 11:57 PM, Hope/Mound. Officers see suspect stopped in the street and
is asleep behind the wheel. Officers contact suspect who is found to be under the
influence and possession of a controlled substance. SUSPECT ARRESTED:
Male, Hispanic, 49 years, Los Angeles.
• 10-30-25, 7:32 PM, Pasadena/State. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and
is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED:
Female, 46 years, Los Angeles.
