Young Stars Theatre Academy proudly presents its latest production, Disney’s Newsies Jr., opening tonight, Friday, October 10, and running for three exciting weekends through October 26.
Based on the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Newsies Jr. brings the inspiring true story of the 1899 newsboys’ strike to life through powerful songs, thrilling choreography, and a message of courage and unity that resonates today as strongly as ever.
With two extraordinary casts, the Santa Fe Cast and the New York Cast, this production features an electric ensemble of talented young performers whose energy, heart, and teamwork light up the stage. Audiences can expect show-stopping group numbers, soaring harmonies, and acrobatic dance sequences that will have you cheering from your seat.
Opening night performances for both casts have already sold out, but a limited number of tickets remain for the rest of this weekend and upcoming performances. Families are encouraged to reserve seats early as this is one you don’t want to miss!
