The Salvation Army Pasadena to Host Annual Fundraising Gala: A Night of Hope
The Salvation Army Pasadena will host its Annual Fundraising Gala, A Night of Hope, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at The Noor Event Center in Pasadena. This elegant evening will also mark the official kickoff of the Red Kettle Season, launching the organization’s holiday fundraising efforts that sustain year-round services.
With a goal of raising $150,000, the gala will directly support The Salvation Army’s vital local programs, including food assistance, shelter, fire recovery support, youth mentorship, and family services throughout Pasadena, Altadena, South Pasadena, Sierra Madre, and San Marino.
“While many know The Salvation Army for its red kettles during the holidays, our mission continues long after Christmas,” said Captain Becky Helms, Corps Officer of The Salvation Army Pasadena Tabernacle. “A Night of Hope will not only celebrate the start of Red Kettle Season but also highlight the transformative impact happening here in our community every day of the year.”
The evening will feature inspiring stories of lives changed—from families who found stability, to young people discovering new opportunities, to survivors of the recent Eaton Fire who are finding healing and rebuilding their lives. Guests will also enjoy dinner, live entertainment, and opportunities to support through sponsorships, auction items, and donations.
Every dollar raised will remain local, ensuring The Salvation Army can continue to meet urgent needs with compassion and dignity. Since 1888, The Salvation Army has been a pillar of hope in the Pasadena area, committed to serving individuals and families without discrimination.
