
Temporary Library Closure for Maintenance
The South Pasadena Public Library will be closed to the public on Tuesday, May 13 through Thursday, May 15, 2025, due to scheduled building repairs and upgrades. During this time, the library building, including its restrooms, will be inaccessible to the public.
Services and Programs Affected
While the building is closed, the curbside book drop will remain open for returns. In addition, the expiration dates for items on hold will be extended to accommodate the closure.
Programs scheduled outside or in the Community Room will continue as planned. However, access to the Community Room will only be available through the El Centro Street entrance.
Please note: English Language Conversation Groups typically held on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning will be canceled during the closure period.
