The Autry Museum in Griffith Park hosted its much-anticipated Romance Reimagined Small Works Sale on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 6-9 p.m. The exclusive event showcased contemporary and traditional Western artwork from the Autry’s collection, curated by Amy Scott, Executive Vice President of Research and Interpretation.
An Exclusive Art Experience
This year’s sale features new works from over 70 award-winning artists, carefully selected by Beau Alexander of the Maxwell Alexander Gallery. Notable artists include Tony Abeyta, William Acheff, Howard Terpning, Jeremy Lipking, and Xiang Zhang, among many others. Guests attending the in-person event will have the final opportunity to place bids on all sale artwork, while online bidding will remain open until March 7, 2025, at 2 p.m. Winners of the online auction will be notified on March 9, 2025.

The Romance Reimagined Small Works Sale is an invitation-only event open to exhibition sponsors and Autry Museum members at the Supporter, Patron, and Curator’s Circle levels. Those interested in upgrading their membership for access can do so through the museum’s website.
