Join us this week during lunch in the SPMS Quad for a variety of activities selected to encourage mental health awareness and provide real life coping strategies that can be used in and out of the classroom.
Learn how Exercise, Nutrition, and Sleep impact our mental health and how incorporating Mindfulness, Breathing, Nature, Yoga, Stress Management, Gratitude, Art, and Connection can contribute to mental wellness.
In addition, the Wellness Center, our amazing resource located right here on the SPMS campus, will be highlighted. The week will culminate with an exciting raffle featuring fun prizes.
