The South Pasadena Public Library invites young readers to Barks & Books, a fun and supportive reading program featuring Sawyer, a certified therapy dog.
Children ages 4–12 are encouraged to read aloud to Sawyer in a relaxed, judgment-free environment designed to build reading confidence and a love of books.

Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are encouraged to arrive early to secure a reading slot.
