Utility Billing Message Sent in Error | City of South Pasadena Clarifies The Messege

Residents received an email around 10:00 a.m. this morning from the City of South Pasadena regarding the City’s utility provider, Munibilling.

The message advised residents to update their AutoPay enrollment, if applicable, before November 1 to avoid service disconnection or missed payments. However, the City has clarified that the message was sent prematurely, and no immediate action is required from residents at this time.

The City of South Pasadena will provide further instructions regarding utility billing once updated information becomes available.
