A Musical Legacy: Colerick’s Role in the Eclectic Festival

On Saturday, April 26, Colerick will help anchor the Eclectic Music Festival & Arts Crawl, a citywide celebration of live music and visual art in South Pasadena. The event remains free to attend thanks to community sponsors, the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, and local volunteers.

Colerick—officially named South Pasadena’s “Nighttime Mayor” in 2019—has played a major role in shaping the local music scene. As Music Director of the Eclectic since 2012, he has booked both rising local talent and nationally known acts, such as Ozomatli and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. His weekly Wine & Song concert series, started in 2009, has become a mainstay of the city’s arts and culture landscape.
