The City of South Pasadena’s General Plan/Downtown Specific Plan Update has begun, including the development of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
An EIR Scoping meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 5, at 7 p.m. in the South Pasadena Library Community Room.
The key meeting will review EIR process and provide an opportunity for community members to ask questions about what to ask questions about the General Plan and Downtown Specific Plan.
