12-23-17, 12 p.m. to 8:10 p.m., 1200 block of Orange Grove. Subject hits victim with a pan. Subject Arrested: Male, Juvenile.

 

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

 

  • 12-20-17, 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., 1500 block of Camino Lindo. Suspect(s) gain entry to victim’s residence by smashing a bedroom window. Loss: Safe, cash, jewelry, wallet, miscellaneous clothing, miscellaneous bags.

 

  • 12-20-17, 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., 800 block of Flores De Oro. Suspect(s) gain entry to victim’s residence through an unlocked rear door. Loss: Cash, jewelry.

AUTO BURGLARY

12-20-17, 9 p.m. to 9:14 p.m., 1000 block of Brent. ’10 Toyota Corolla. Suspect(s) gain entry to victim’s vehicle by smashing a rear driver side quarter window. Loss: Unknown.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

12-20-17, 7:35 a.m. to 8:05 a.m., 1400 block of Huntington (Big Lots). Suspect(s) cut padlock from a trailer and take loss. Loss: Merchandise.
THEFT

 

  • 12-15-17 12:00 p.m. to 12-20-17, 3 p.m., 600 block of Mission (Trader Joe’s). Suspect takes loss from victim’s shopping cart. Loss: Wallet, cash, credit card, miscellaneous cards.
  • 12-21-17, 4:23 p.m. to 5:35 p.m., Fremont/Magnolia. Officers respond to a suspicious subjects call and find suspect to be in possession of stolen mail. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 28 years, Los Angeles.

 

  • 12-21-17, 8:36 p.m. to 9:06 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspects take loss and leave store without paying. Subjects Arrested: S1 – Male, Juvenile. S2 – Female, Juvenile. Subjects Arrested: S1 – Female, Black, 20 years, Los Angeles. S2 – Female, Black, 32 years, San Pedro. Loss: Liquor, miscellaneous food items, miscellaneous toiletries (recovered).

 

  • 12-24-17, 1 a.m. to 1:04 a.m., 1100 block of Brent. ’17 Ford F250. Suspects gain access to victim’s vehicle through unknown means and take loss. Loss: Cash.

 

  • 12-24-17, 11 p.m. to 12-25-17, 12:00 a.m., 1600 block of Via Del Rey. ’14 Acura MDX. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. Loss: Miscellaneous items.

 

  • 12-25-17, 12:11 p.m. to 12:18 p.m., 700 block of Park. ’11 Acura MDX. Suspect(s) gain access to victim’s vehicle through unknown means and take loss. Loss: Emergency kit.

 

 

  • 12-26-17, 2:00 p.m. to 2:17 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. Suspect Description: Male, Hispanic, 25 years, 5’10’’, 170 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, wearing a red flannel shirt. Suspect Vehicle Description: Black Saturn. Loss: Food items.

 

TAMPER MOTOR VEHICLE

•12-21-17, 4:00 a.m. to 4:10 a.m., 400 block of Monterey. ’08 Ford F450. Suspect(s) attempt to remove the lock off of victim’s car door.

 

DUI

  • 12-21-17, 1 a.m. to 1:41 a.m., Magnolia/Orange. Officers respond to a call regarding a parked vehicle with loud music and find suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 32 years, Carson.
  • 12-22-17, 10:02 p.m. to 10:39 p.m., 400 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect is stopped at a DUI/ driver license checkpoint and is found to be driving under the influence of marijuana. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 30 years, Bell Gardens.
  • 12-22-17, 10:34 p.m. to 11:19 p.m., 400 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect is stopped at a DUI/ driver license checkpoint and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 35 years, Pasadena.
  • 12-22-17, 11:30 p.m. to 12-23-17, 12:15 AM, 400 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect is stopped at a DUI/ driver license checkpoint and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 22 years, Los Angeles.

 

  • 12-23-17, 12:01 a.m. to 12:22 a.m., 400 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect is stopped at a DUI/ driver license checkpoint and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 44 years, Montebello.

 

 

  • 12-23-17, 12:32 a.m. to 1:17 a.m., 400 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect is stopped at a DUI/ driver license checkpoint and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Female, White, 42 years, San Gabriel.

 

  • 12-23-17, 7:53 a.m. to 8:21 a.m., Huntington/Garfield. Officer responds to a welfare check and finds suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, 31 years, Montebello.

 

BRANDISHING A WEAPON

•12-23-17, 12:33 p.m. to 2:04 p.m., 800 block of Park. Suspect confronts victim with a knife and threatens to kill victim. Suspect Arrested: Male, White, 34 years, transient.

 

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

 

  • 12-21-17, 2:40 AM to 2:58 a.m., 900 block of Meridian. Officers respond to a call regarding a person screaming and find suspect to be intoxicated and unable to care for herself. Suspect Arrested: Female, Hispanic, 43 years, Los Angeles.

 

  • 12-22-17, 10:22 p.m. to 10:55 p.m., 1900 block of Huntington. Officer contacts and finds suspect to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Suspect Arrested: Male, White, 32 years, Alhambra.
  • Officers respond to a call regarding a subject walking on rail road tracks and find suspect to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Suspect Arrested: Male, White, 34 years, Los Angeles.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

 

12-20-17, 12:01 a.m. to 12-21-17, 11:59 p.m.. Suspect uses victim’s credentials and transfers funds from victim’s PayPal account.

 

FRAUD BY FALSE PRETENSE

12-20-17, 10:35 a.m. to 12 p.m., 700 block of Bonita. Suspects call victim and claim to be law enforcement officials and that victim has two warrants for her arrest. Suspect 1 explains that victim can pay her fines by obtaining prepaid cards and reading the access numbers on the back of the cards. Victim purchases two cards and reads the access numbers to suspect 1.
