On Tuesday, March 27th, South Pasadena Fire units were called to investigate a possible animal rescue. A homeowner called and said her kitten was stuck on an outside ledge of the second story of her apartment complex.
After investigating, Captain Dunn determined that the kitten was, in fact, in a position where it would not be able to get down on its own.
A 24’ extension ladder was raised and Firefighter Paramedic Corrao successfully brought the kitten down to safety and its elated owner.
