ROBBERY

9-27-17, 9:15 a.m., Primrose/Huntington.  Victim is walking on the sidewalk and sees suspect seated on a bus bench.  As victim passes, suspect stands in front of victim and demands money.  Victim turns and runs away and suspect chases and kicks victim.  Suspect Arrested: Male, Black, 43, Los Angeles.


THEFT

9-28-17, 8:37 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss from store and leaves without paying. Suspect Arrested: Female, Black, 28 years, San Diego. Loss: Liquor (recovered).

9-30-17, 5:19 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss from store and leaves without paying. Suspect Arrested: Male, Black, 57 years, Compton. Loss: Miscellaneous items (recovered).

9-31-17, 1:40 p.m. to 8-3-17, 1:40 p.m., 1300 block of Lyndon. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s front porch. Loss: Parcel package.

10-2-17, 3:45 p.m., 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect takes loss from store and leaves without paying. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 49 years, South Pasadena. Loss: Cosmetics, miscellaneous items (recovered).

10-3-17, 9:17 a.m. to 9:21 a.m., 800 block of Oneonta. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s front porch. Loss: Parcel package.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
9-27-17, 5:56 PM, 600 block of Grand. Suspects attempt to force entry into victim’s residence, but fail to gain entry.  Victim goes outside and sees suspects and confronts them.  Suspects leave and victim calls police.  Officers locate suspects standing in front of a nearby house. SUSPECT ARRESTED: S1 – Male, White, 34 years, transient. S2 – Female, Hispanic, 18 years, South Pasadena.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

9-29-17, 12:39 p.m. to 2:12 p.m., 1600 block of Hope. Suspect(s) attempt to gain entry into victim’s business by kicking front doors.

VEHICLE BURGLARY

9-30-17, 10:46 a.m. to 11:27 a.m.. ’02 Subaru Outback. Suspect(s) smashes window and take loss. Loss: Music equipment, laptop.

10-1-17, 9:15 p.m. to 11:20 p.m., 1100 block of Oak. ’04 Scion xB. Suspect(s) smashes window to gain entry and takes loss. Loss: Insurance cards, registration, fast pass, miscellaneous paperwork.

10-2-17, 7 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., 1300 block of Fremont. ’06, BMW 325i. Suspect(s) pry open a rear passenger side door and take loss. Loss: Cell phone, driver’s license, debit card.

DUI

9-29-17, 12:47 a.m., 200 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 39 years, Los Angeles.

10-1-17, 8:58 p.m., Chelten/Monterey. Officers respond to a traffic collision and find suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 58 years, Los Angeles.


POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA FOR SALE

9-29-17, 12:05 p.m., 600 block of Monterey. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and is found to be in possession of marijuana for sale. Suspect Arrested: Male, Asian, 27 years, West Covina.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

9-30-17, 10:34 p.m., Mission/Meridian. Officers respond to a disturbance call and find suspect to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 24 years, Los Angeles.

9-30-17, 10:54 p.m., 800 block of El Centro. Officers respond to a suspicious person call and find suspect to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 18 years, Chino Hills.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

9-28-17, 11:15 p.m. to 9-29-17, 8:15 a.m., 500 block of Floral Park. Suspect sends a phishing email to victim and obtains victim’s social security number and debit card information.

7-1-17, 12:00 a.m.to 10-3-17, 9:52 p.m., 400 block of Alta Vista. Suspects contact victim by telephone and claim that victim has won a sweepstakes. Suspects explain that victim would have to deposit money into an account for tax purposes before victim can claim the money. Victim deposits money into the designated accounts.

VANDALISM

10-2-17, 6:30 a.m. to 7 a.m., Pasadena/Monterey. Suspect kicks and breaks several vehicle side mirrors.

10-2-17, 1 a.m., 1300 block of Gates. Suspect(s) shatter the rear windshield of victim’s vehicle.

10-3-17, 7:52 a.m. to 11:40 a.m., 800 block of Park. Suspect(s) vandalize a door with a black marker.

STOLEN VEHICLE

10-3-17, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., 1100 block of Fremont. ’03 Ford F250.

10-3-17, 7:05 a.m. to 7:04 p.m., 300 block of Raymondale. ’12 Volkswagen Jetta.
