The City of South Pasadena is proud to share that, as of this week, Chief of Police Arthur Miller has been a sworn officer for 40 years.
Chief Miller is the recipient of the Los Angeles Police Department’s three highest awards for bravery, including the Medal of Valor, the Police Medal, and the Police Star.
