Traffic on the freeway came to a standstill, turning it into a parking lot due to flooding near Via Marisol. The congestion impacted the Orange Grove on-ramp backing cars for blocks on area streets. The home located at 805 El Centro was cordoned off and had a police vehicle stationed to keep watch over the dangerous situation, after the hot wire fell during the night’s storm.
