Mudslide on the 110 Highway Wednesday Night | South Pasadena

Serious traffic delays and busy police and road crews lasting for hours past 11:00pm

A small mudslide on the 110 Highway Southbound just before the Orange Grove exit Wednesday February 21st at about 8:45 pm caused a major traffic delays.

The mudslide caused damage to multiple vehicles and traffic was put to a halt for a short time until police and road crews could open up a single lane. According to South Pasadena Police on scene, there were no injuries.

Road crews were on the scene inspecting the mud slide area to insure safe removal of the debris.  The area on the side of the Arroyo Seco Highway 110 that gave way was adjacent to the Meridian/110 overpass in South Pasadena.

The SIG alert and delay lasted past 11:00pm.
