South Pasadena Fire Department officials responded to a house fire in Pasadena just before 3 p.m. on Saturday.
The fire ignited at California Terrace and Norwood Drive, just beyond the South Pasadena City limits.
Smoke from the home could be seen from parts of South Pasadena as firefighters fought the blaze in the residential neighborhood.
