Authorities looking for 11-year-old Claudia Bright, who was last seen walking toward Fair Oaks Avenue from South Pasadena Middle School

UPDATE: Missing girl has been located Wednesday October 31, 2016 at 5:44pm

The missing 11-year-old girl was found sitting on a bus bench at the corner of Fremont Avenue and Maple Street in the City.

“She’s experiencing some personal issues with her family,” according to Corporal Craig Phillips of the South Pasadena Police Department.

Her discovery was made at about 5:30pm by a passerby.

South Pasadena Police say an 11-year-old girl has been reported missing.

On October 31, authorities say they are looking for resident Claudia Bright, described as a white, about 5-feet tall weighing approximately 100 pounds, wearing a gray shirt with orange lettering, black shorts, gray shoes, carrying a bright red satchel and black backpack.

Police say there is no probable destination for the missing person.
